Privacy notice

A short notice, because this is a simple website. It carries no advertising trackers and sets no cookies of its own. The only personal details it handles are the ones you choose to send us.

What we collect

When you send the enquiry form we receive the name, phone number, email address, postcode and message you typed. That is all. There is no account, no login and no profile.

What we do with it

We use it to reply to your enquiry, arrange a visit and quote for the work. The form is delivered by email through Resend, an email delivery provider, and arrives in our inbox at cb-flooring@outlook.com. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not pass your details to anyone else for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept while the job is live and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then deleted. If you would like your enquiry deleted sooner, email cb-flooring@outlook.com and we will remove it.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses for security and diagnostics. We do not use those logs for anything else.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office if you are unhappy with how we have handled it. Email cb-flooring@outlook.com and we will deal with it.
